Working together
Joining
Applications are free and reviewed for suitability and town availability. The one-off joining fee is £25.00, payable only after approval. Total payable; any applicable tax is included. Your application records the price and agreement version you accept. The fee covers onboarding and platform training.
Your customer relationship
You set and collect your design fee directly. Customers pay their Rusteeze subscription to FVD and explicitly accept ownership of their website. They control continued designer access.
Recurring earnings
The designer share for new applications is 20% of eligible platform subscription money collected, excluding tax and accounting for discounts and refunds. FVD pays processing costs from its remaining share. The share continues while the attributed subscription remains eligible and paid, with no fixed twelve-month cutoff. Failed payments do not earn commission. Refunds and disputes may create adjustments, including after a payout.
Ongoing support
The recurring share includes ongoing customer support for the website. Agree the scope and response arrangements with each customer before handover. Major redesigns and new features may be separately quoted. Editing access always requires customer consent. FVD handles hosting, platform faults and subscription billing, and can arrange support escalation.

Customers can remove editing access without automatically erasing earned commission. Contact FVD to resolve support reassignment or programme departure.
Statements and payouts
Automatic bank payouts are scheduled for 09:00 Europe/London on the last Friday of each month once payout activation and your secure bank setup are complete. Qualifying entries become available after 30 days from recording. There is no added platform minimum; any provider restriction is shown in your payout dashboard. FVD pays supported payout fees, so your eligible commission is not reduced by them. Unpaid balances carry forward. Friday is the initiation date; provider checks, holidays and bank processing can delay arrival. A statement alone does not confirm a bank transfer.
Local intake
Initial intake is one or two designers per town with a waitlist and a review after three months. Places do not confer territorial exclusivity.
Domains
Customer domains use the customer's appropriate registrant details. The initial payer and renewal payer must be confirmed separately. Domain purchases and private design fees do not count as platform subscription MRR.
