- Buyer order data, including basket items, delivery or booking details, payment status, receipt references, support messages, refunds, and dispute records.
- Seller/provider data, including Stripe Connect onboarding status, identity or verification signals supplied by payment partners, listings, fees, payouts, fulfilment records, and tax or business settings.
- Technical data such as cookies, device/browser information, security logs, audit logs, analytics, and fraud-prevention signals.
Why we use data
- To operate Rusteeze accounts, websites, bookings, forms, customer records, commerce, courses, documents, payments, seller payouts, and support.
- To prevent fraud, secure accounts, investigate disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
- To send service messages such as receipts, order updates, booking updates, support replies, verification prompts, and policy notices.
Sharing, retention, and rights
- We share necessary data with the relevant business, sellers/providers, Stripe/payment processors, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required.
- Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Rusteeze.
- Records are kept for as long as needed for platform operation, legal/accounting duties, security, disputes, and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
- Individuals may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and may raise a complaint with the UK ICO.
