A plan does not mean unlimited use. We explain the relevant allowances and any extra usage charges for your proposed setup.

Consultation and setup

Any consultation, migration, configuration or training work is scoped and priced separately. Work starts once you have agreed what is being delivered.

Taking payments

The transaction fee is 2% + 20p per transaction. We confirm the payment setup and explain refund, dispute and payout conditions before you start taking payments.
