Rusteeze or payment fees may be non-refundable where the checkout page or seller terms say so, except where consumer law or a seller/provider failure requires a different outcome.
If a seller/provider cannot fulfil an order, Rusteeze may cancel the order, help arrange an alternative, or process a refund.
Missed appointments or buyer-caused delays may not be refundable. Incomplete services are reviewed based on evidence from the buyer and provider.
