The legal relationship for using Rusteeze.
These terms explain how businesses, customers, buyers, sellers and providers, and Rusteeze work together. You should save or print a copy for your records.
Platform role
Rusteeze is a business software platform operated by Five Valleys Digital.
Businesses use Rusteeze to run websites, bookings, forms, customer records, commerce, courses, documents, workflows, and operations.
Where Rusteeze enables independent seller or provider commerce, those sellers and providers remain responsible for their own listings, fulfilment, professional obligations, taxes, and customer promises.
Rusteeze may use Stripe or Stripe Connect to process platform billing, customer checkout, application fees, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
Orders, refunds, and disputes
Commerce listings and checkout pages should identify the seller or provider or business, price, description, fulfilment method, timing, and cancellation or refund terms.
Businesses and sellers or providers are responsible for fulfilling orders, bookings, services, and customer promises.
Rusteeze may help coordinate refunds and disputes and may ask customers, buyers, businesses, or sellers for evidence.
Rusteeze may remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access where users breach these terms or create risk for customers, buyers, sellers, Rusteeze, or payment partners.
Prohibited conduct and liability
Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, infringe rights, sell prohibited items, evade payment, or interfere with security.
To the extent allowed by law, Rusteeze is not liable for seller or provider fulfilment failures, indirect losses, lost profits, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
