Responsibilities for sellers and providers.
Sellers/providers must meet these terms before listing and while receiving orders through Rusteeze.
Seller responsibilities
- Provide accurate listings, pricing, availability, delivery/completion timing, refund terms, and business/contact details.
- Sell only lawful products or services that are allowed by Rusteeze, Stripe, and applicable law.
- Fulfil orders on time, communicate support issues promptly, and keep evidence of fulfilment or completion.
- Handle taxes, licences, professional duties, insurance, and customer-specific legal obligations for the goods or services supplied.
Stripe Connect, fees, and payouts
- Sellers/providers may need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding and identity/business verification before accepting payments or receiving payouts.
- Rusteeze may collect commission/application fees from marketplace payments before seller payout.
- Payout timing depends on fulfilment/completion status, refund or dispute risk, Stripe availability, verification status, and any reserve or delay required by Rusteeze or Stripe.
- Chargebacks, disputes, refunds, taxes, and payment fees may reduce or delay payouts.
Suspension and support
- Rusteeze may remove listings, pause payouts where lawful, suspend sellers, or terminate accounts for prohibited items, fraud risk, repeated disputes, unsafe services, failed verification, or policy breaches.
