Seller fees and payouts

Clear fees before sellers list.

Rusteeze fees are shown during onboarding or in the seller dashboard before sellers accept commerce orders.

Launch default fees

Rusteeze commission: 10% of the item or service subtotal unless a seller onboarding screen or written agreement states a different rate.
Stripe/payment fees: charged by Stripe or payment partners and either deducted from the payment flow or passed on only where clearly shown.
Taxes: sellers/providers remain responsible for their own VAT, sales tax, income tax, and reporting duties unless Rusteeze explicitly states otherwise.

Sellers/providers get paid after fulfilment or completion, minus Rusteeze commission, refunds, disputes, and applicable payment fees.
Stripe must enable charges and payouts on the connected account before payout can occur.
Payouts can be delayed for account verification, fraud checks, high dispute risk, buyer complaints, incomplete fulfilment evidence, bank holidays, or Stripe processing timelines.
If a refund is approved or a dispute is lost, the refund/dispute amount and related fees may be deducted from available or future payouts.
