Clear fees before sellers list.
Rusteeze fees are shown during onboarding or in the seller dashboard before sellers accept commerce orders.
Launch default fees
The transaction fee is 2% + 20p per transaction.
The transaction fee includes payment processing and the Rusteeze platform fee. Any other applicable charges, such as dispute charges, are explained before you accept the payment terms.
Sellers and providers remain responsible for their own VAT, sales tax, income tax, and reporting duties unless Rusteeze explicitly states otherwise.
Payout schedule and conditions
Sellers and providers get paid after fulfilment or completion, minus the transaction fee, refunds, disputes, and any other agreed charges.
Stripe must enable charges and payouts on the connected account before payout can occur.
Payouts can be delayed for account verification, fraud checks, high dispute risk, buyer complaints, incomplete fulfilment evidence, bank holidays, or Stripe processing timelines.
If a refund is approved or a dispute is lost, the refund or dispute amount and related fees may be deducted from available or future payouts.
