What cannot be sold or done on Rusteeze.
Rusteeze reviews listings and account activity to protect buyers, sellers, payment partners, and the platform.
Prohibited or restricted listings
Illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods, stolen items, unsafe products, weapons, controlled substances, or regulated activity without required licences.
Fraudulent, misleading, fake, or unavailable listings.
Services that create unacceptable safety, financial, legal, medical, adult, gambling, hate, harassment, or exploitation risk.
Any activity prohibited or restricted by Stripe or another payment partner.
Banned conduct
False identity, evading verification, manipulating reviews, abusive support behaviour, spam, malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass Rusteeze checkout.
Using buyer data outside the order or support purpose without a lawful basis.
Interfering with platform security, another user's account, or payment and dispute processes.
Platform rights
Rusteeze may remove listings, refuse onboarding, pause account access, report activity, or terminate sellers and providers if activity is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, fraudulent, or unsupported by Stripe's review.
